Emerald Escape With Mountain View & Pool

Unsafe,sketchy,noisy Negative: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The property felt very unsafe, was extremely noisy, and ongoing renovations were not mentioned in the listing. The building itself looked sketchy and uncomfortable. Because of these issues, we were forced to leave the first night and find alternative accommodation. The property also does not offer any cancellation option. Please be careful before booking.this was the worst experience we have ever had.

It was perfect Positive: Everything was perfect as described Negative: The check in process. The host delayed us and we waited for about 20 minutes before someone from their team could come assist. I’m glad they took accountability for that and even offered us a late checkout

Had a lovely stay,spectacular views. Very neat, modern and comfortable. Assistant was helpful thanks Positive: Spectacular view, pool and gym facility. Safe and strict security.

Great value stay and very helpful agents, Awsome views of the Table Mountain, day and night. Positive: Very central to Bokaap and other important city places. Comfortable and clean. Prince was amazing at communicating and offering help. Definitely use his company Negative: On the 9th floor, strong winds made an unpleasant hawling racket. The carpark and entrance is not for obese cars (ours was).
